So you don't understand anything. Oh pity. To pay duty of whatever item you have, the benchmark component is the basis for all other things. Eg. Nhis, ecowas etc. 30% of all these will be knocked off for you to pay a reduced duty as compared to if you to pay duty on 100% benchmark. Anyway, have you taken delivery of an item from the port b4?.
