This same University was established by Former President Rawlings. The university sometime in 2003 planned to confer an Honorary Doctorate Degree on Rawlings and hell broke lose. Today see what the hypocrites are doing. NPP should tell Ghanaians a single university they have built in Ghana. Shaaaaameless government.
