The only foreigners in Ghana are non Africans! Africans in Ghana must be given special dispensation to allow them to be Ghanaians if they so wish to be, if especially we allow Blacks in the diaspora to become Ghanaians!!

The passport offices must be extra vigilant. They should chaperone them to their hometowns so the way claim for verifications.
