The full list of nominees for the 2nd Edition of Ghana Accountancy and Finance Awards Night & Dinner has been announced.

The Ghana Accountancy and Finance Awards was organized by Strategic Accountancy Africa in partnership with Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, National Pensions Regulatory Authority and endorsed by the Ministry of Finance.

This ground-breaking event is aimed at recognizing individuals and companies that play a significant role in the development of the accounting and finance sector while recognizing the key functions within the industry that promote standards and excellent stewardship.

The full nominees list for the 2nd Edition of Ghana Accountancy and Finance Awards Night & Dinner, which comes off on 9th November 2018 at the plush Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, is the only recognized event in Ghana which showcases on a national scale the excellence and innovation within Ghana’s accounting and finance sectors.

Some of the special recognition award categories for the night includes: Visionary Leadership Award, Exemplary Leadership Award, Finance Woman of the year, Female Personality of the year – Insurance, Finance Personality of the year and Microfinance Personality of the year.

This year’s edition will celebrate the excellence of Finance teams, Insurance companies, Finance houses, Investment banks, Treasury firms, Savings and Loans Companies, Microfinance companies, Pensions firms and outstanding individuals in these sectors.

Some special guests expected to grace the event is the Minister of Finance, Hon. Ken Ofori Atta; Country Manager, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants; Paul Aninakwah, Chief Executive Officer, National Pensions Regulatory Authority, various heads of embassies and a host of others.

The awards night is an excellent opportunity to recognize and promote excellent standards and stewardship in the accounting and finance sectors.
