AZ Alkmaar technical director Max Huiberts has emphasised the club will not do business with Ajax in relation to heir striker Myron Boadu.
After a breakthrough season at AZ, the 19-year-od has been often mentioned as a potential acquisition for Dutch Ajax. He has scored 11 goals and provided five assists in 18 leagues games this season.
According to Huiberts, Mino Raiola, the attacker's agent, also understands this. "Mino is pre-eminently someone who knows how to compete and how to win," says the director in the Noordhollands newspaper.
"He knows better than anyone that if you bring your best players to one of the competitors, it will be harder to beat them. That's the situation. We'll see how that goes."
The Ghanaian descent came into contact with Ajax when he was 11 years.
He trained three times and played a friendly game in which he scored once. Quite a good trial but Ajax thought differently as they turned him down.
