Aduana Stars trekked from Ghana to Cote D’Ivoire in a six-hour journey to take on Asec Mimosa in their first group stage match at the Felix Houphoiet-Boigne Sport Stadium in Abidjan this evening.
This encounter will remain in the history folklore of the club as one of their biggest games on the Africa continent in their early times in African Club Competitions as Asec Mimosa remain giants in the continental club showpiece.

A victory for Aduana Stars will place them in a better position to make a way out of the group to the quarter finals of the CAF Confederations Cup should they make the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park at Dormaa a Waterloo for visiting club.
