Sammy Awuku, National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party
The National Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammy Awuku, has stated that little did he know that, the President of the land, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, will overperform his responsibilities assigned him by the people of Ghana.
Although Awuku was confident that the President was going deliver following his massive victory in the 2016 Presidential election, he wasn’t too sure that in just eighteen months of his administration, he would perform to the admiration of Ghanaians and beyond.
“For the eighteen months that we have been in office, if someone tells me to rate Nana Akufo-Addo on the scale of 0 to 10 and I give him [Nana Addo] below 10, I have done a great disservice to him. I knew that he was going to perform but I didn’t know that he will blow my mind in the first eighteen months”, he stated.
Awuku made this revelation, Tuesday, June 12, 2018, when interacting with Kwaku Owusu Adjei on Anopa Kasapa on Accra-based local radio station, Kasapa 102.5 FM.
Awuku who is currently aspiring to become the National Organiser of the elephant family said he is very optimistic that looking at the performance of the party in just eighteen months, it will fulfil over 90% of its manifesto promises made to the people.
