Ghanaian striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom hit the back of the net twice in Red Star Belgrade's 4-0 home win over Vojvodina in the Serbian SuperLiga on Saturday.

Yiadom, who returned to the club for a €2.5 million fee, just six months after his transfer to Jiangsu Suning gave his side the lead on the 24th minute before Veljko Simic doubled their lead four minutes later.

The 26-year-old Ghanaian goal poacher bagged his brace on the 48th minute to give his side a 3-0 lead to the delight of the home fans who thronged the stadium.

Milan Pavkov however, deepened the visitors woes with a last-minute strike to seal an emphatic 4-0 demolishing exercise over Vojvodina who are ninth on the league table.

Red Star Belgrade comfortably leads the SuperLiga with 62 points after matchday 22.

The former Juventus forward has made 8 appearances and scored six goals for Red Star Belgrade so far this season.
