Former Black Stars striker and Technical Director of Nigerian Club,Kano Pillars Malik Jabir has advised congress members to discard anyone found guilty in the Nyantakyi era from the Ghana Football Association’s(GFA) presidential race.

According to Jabir, the state of Ghana football needs people who are clean enough to restore the local game to its normalcy and suggests that there are still people who are capable of running Ghana football.

“To me anybody found guilty in the previous administration should be put aside.

“Anybody who is [deemed] clean, with nothing damaging against him should be allowed to take part [in the elections].

“So the clubs should select and form their federation, if that is done, no one can argue,”he told Kumasi based YFM.

He also made mention that ,some members of the old association were cleared of any wrong doings hence the need to bring those people on board in the new GFA.

“Because those old group [administration], it wasn’t everyone who was found wanting, some were cleared.

“Those cleared can take part [in the elections]. Because we want only good people in the system.
