Gang rape: Suspects remanded again as their ages remain contentious

The case involving some five males who were captured on camera sexually assaulting a suspected minor has been adjourned to February 07, 2018.

It is to allow for further investigation to determine whether all the boys are indeed juveniles as has been widely reported.

The judge who adjudicated the matter, Comfort Tasiameh remanded the suspects to the juvenile cells after the case was heard in camera today.

The Counsel for the 5, John Boamah, explained that although the case is bailable, the juvenile holding facility is suited to keep the case under review, discreet.
