Golden Tulip to reward football fanatics on WC final day

The Golden Tulip Hotel, Accra has become a favourite hung-out for public viewing of all the 2018 World Cup matches so far, hence the decision by the hotel’s management to reward spectators.

Scores of people have said they have been thrilled with the relaxed and exciting atmosphere the Golden Tulip Hotel, Accra, provides for watching matches of the ongoing 2018 World Cup.

The hotel has shown all matches live at their Pool bar on every match day under the theme “Playtime, Anytime,” and has promised for more surprises on Sunday.

Madam Hannah Dankyi, Sales and marketing officer of the Hotel disclosed that the final day of the 2018 World Cup on Sunday was going to be much exciting than all the days so far.

Hannah Dankyi said the hotel management had noted the growing interest of the games and have therefore decided to reward patriots who will be there on Sunday to witness the final game.

“There is going to be predict and win on Sunday, were we have amazing prizes to give out.”

“Just be at the pool circle for the big game on Sunday. We are using this opportunity to also invite people to all our theme nights, our Highlife in the round, and Steak nights on Fridays, Saturday seafood and to the Sunday branch,” she said.

Some spectators shared their view for choosing Golden Tulip for the World Cup matched.

According to Rudy, the atmosphere Tulip is exceptional - “It is just like watching match at the comfort of your home. It’s very serene and you enjoy the games a lot. There are enough screens here with good pictures and so I think people should come and enjoy football here”.

Mr Gyan, a businessman also added that the serene condition of the place was why he always chose to watch his games at the Golden Tulip Pool bar.

“I like the serenity. Not like the regular pubs where people will be shouting and making all sort of arguments. This place is more civil and makes you concentrate on the game,” he noted.
