It’s an abuse of power for MPs to take GetFund Scholarships – Kennedy Agyapong

Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong says it’s an abuse of power to take a scholarship from GetFund as a Member of Parliament.

According to him, it’s a shame that such privileged individuals will be scrambling for power with the needy for the scarce resources in the country.

He noted that he was shocked that his good friend, NAPO could stoop so low to subject himself to such ridicule because he knows he worth more than the amount he went for for the training.

Kennedy Agyapong said Parliamentarians should desist from competing with the poor if they have a conscience.

He was, however, peeved that the Auditor General did selective justice just to paint the NPP black because he’s aware of some other Members of Parliament in the NDC who took such scholarships while in office.

He noted that the mischievous nature of the Auditor General has shown the world how incompetent he is and the fact that he’s working for the opposition NDC.
