Sporting Kansas City manager Peter Vermes has heaped praises of Ghana youngster Latif Atta Blessing for his immense contribution to the squad since arriving in the MLS.
The 20-year-old has been like “little energizer bunny” says Peter Vermes who’s side are through to the US open cup.
Latif joined Sporting Kansas from Ghana Premier League side Liberty Professionals and has already made his mark in the Major League Soccer scoring three times and two in the US Open Cup.
The Ghanaian has been pivotal in Kansas City’s tremendous season with manager Peter Vermes full of praises for the young man.
“He’s like the little energizer bunny," Vermes said, as reported by his club's official website.
"He’s actually getting better and better in our system all the time and that’s probably the most important thing.
He’s got a great mentality.”
Latif Atta Blessing who was loaned to Park Rangers before returning to the Wizards became the youngest player to score a brace in the MLS at 20 years 134 days.
