MTN FA Cup: Kotoko, Aduana, Chelsea among major casualties as Round of 32 takes shape

There were major casualties in the Round of 64 of the MTN FA Cup matches.

The likes of Asante Kotoko, Aduana Stars suffered elimination in a giant killing manner at the hands of Asokwa Deportivo and Bechem United.

Asante Kotoko; the defending champions, were beaten 2-1 at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium by second tier side Asokwa Deportivo.

Another upset recorded came in the fixture between Unity Star and Berekum Chelsea. The Division One side edged Chelsea in a 3 goal encounter to book a ticket to the next stage.

Medeama SC edged Karela United in an all premier league affair while the Hearts of Oak, losing finalists 2 years ago beat Danbort FC 2-0 in Accra.
