Former Deputy Communications Minister, Felix Kwakye Ofosu has tagged President Nana Akufo-Addo as a ‘nagging’ President who always blames former President John Mahama for his inability to execute his campaign projects.
In a Facebook post, Felix Kwakye Ofosu labelled President Akufo-Addo as a ‘lamenter-in-Chief’ who is fond of accusing his predecessor for his administration’s failures.
President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has on several occasions chastised the Mahama administration for handing over a disorganized and mismanaged government to him, making it difficult for him to implement his numerous campaign policies.
“The President’s speech showed that we have a Lamenter-in-Chief, not a Commander-in-Chief, who still blames his predecessor for his own failure to fulfil key campaign promises,” Kwakye Ofosu wrote.
President Akufo-Addo’s recent backlash against Mr. Mahama was at the recently-held NPP Annual National Delegates Congress in Koforidua. He prided himself in the achievements of his government within 18 months of assuming office, while throwing subtle jabs at the erstwhile Mahama administration for doing a shambolic job while in office.
