Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta has told a gathering at the mountainous Davos in Switzerland that the Government of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has created the macro-economic stability which was lacking before the New Patriotic Party (NPP) came into office.
Mr Ofori-Atta said the government prioritized the creation of the macro-stability because the administration is a pro-business.
He said : “We have created the macro-stability that was lacking.”
“We are pro-business but we are also facilitating social mobility and all inclusiveness, leaving no child behind,” he added.
Global leaders including President Akufo-Addo, front runners of international civil service, captains of multinational companies, thinkers and celebrities this week gathered on the mountainous Davos in Switzerland to exchange ideas, make business deals and take far-reaching decisions for the sustainability of the globe.
Under auspices of World Economic Forum (WEF), the Davos meeting was on the theme “Stakeholders for Cohesive and Sustainable World”.
