"The Presidency has become a den of criminals"- Prof. Amoako(Political Science Lecturer).
Afriyie Ankrah looted and upon uttering the famous words "open sesame" in the story of Ali Baba and the 40 thieves, he was gleefully welcomed into the grotto of Ghana's economic collapse, described by Prof. Amoako as the den of criminals.
Adu Asare is also in there so it's no surprise he's defending Mahama Ayariga.
Besides the record is clear. The Mahama-led NDC gov't is thieving the resources of the state and the evidence is there to support this position.
The Supreme Court has given it's verdict of a number of such cases, and incidentally, a former Attorney General Martin Alamisi Benz Kaiser Amidu-Citizen Vigilante was forcefully shoved out, when he suffered a bout of consciousness and resolved to stem the tide of wanton thievery by the Mahama-led NDC gov't. It never happened and today, Ghana is in a financial and economic catastrophe and chaos. So what is Adu Asare going on about?

Reduce those humongous wages you pay your workers for doing virtual nothing. Kwabena Donkor should call this guy and give him a severa tongue lashing for engaging in this obvious and foolish PR gimmick.

Why are Ghanaians worried about cutting electricity to Ridge hospital? Much as I do not want to come across as being callous, why on earth should a business rack up charges until it cannot pay for a service it needs to carry out its mandate? Have the managers been asleep at the wheel or were they behaving like ostriches and hoping that that time will never come? Business is business, so the old saying goes. Were they hiding under the government umbrella to ignore their responsibilities. ECG needs to pay for its supplies to deliver services to all of us. If one section decides that it will not pay so ECG also is unable to provide services to all of us, then let that section suffer. If we are unhappy with service delivery at Ridge, then we hold Ridge Hospital management to jack up and provide the right services and if they cannot, then government should give us the right management for that Hospital. If it is government which is not providing funds, then shut it down until we all go after the government to find money to do the right team. ECG should not inconvenience me for always paying my bills on time. That is wrong also!!

Very well said, how can they manage a hospital without thinking of their overheads? Is ECG a charitable organization? How are they supposed to survive and sustain the business? As much as I'm against the mismanagement of the economy, I think as a country we have to rethink our attitude towards paying for utility services! Ridge Hospital, please pay up or ECG will DISCONNECT! You can spend 9000 gh cedis on full for generators, but you can't pay your electricity bill!
