On voting day people went looking for Lordina on the ballot to vote for her and once she was not on it they went back home without casting their vote. Lordina should contest the next election . J. J. Rawlings built a Political Party and kept it in one piece till he handed over the united party to Professor Mills who kept it united until his untimely death where he naturally let go of a united party. J. D. Mahama also picked up a united party but could not handle it well. He handled the party and its' elections issues that the party was dismantling within but those not the the corridors of power were not able to know what was going on. The party leadership instead of trying to resolve party issues popping up, rather concentrated on the so-called problems within the strongest opposition party. This was done to bring the opposition down.
The elections came to pass and the so-called weak opposition won while the strong RULING PARTY miserably won.
I wish NDC better luck next time and that they should stick to where they came from which are the principles of social justice probity and accountability and stop professing that they are a social democratic party. This is an ideology many of the members of the party, even the big wigs within the party do not really understand. NDC must come down to earth and stop living in a 'fools paradise'. Long live the Republic of Ghana.
