HMMMMMM that is the world for you. there are many jnr officers of the service whose promotion are blocked because they have one unsubstantiated allegation against them. had it been a jnr in rank who did what the lady did, ohhhh by now he has finish spending his savings because of a flash dismissal he would get. oh mama GH.....
