Ato is right you people don't understand, he is talking about how monies were flowing into their pockets any time they want and now look nothing ,their pockets are empty. These NDC are not talking for Ghanaians they're talking for themselves, that's why you don't understand them. They are talking about their personal economy not Ghana's economy.
