Donsah is eyeing a move away from the Italian side due to lack of playing opportunities before the start of the new season.
The 23-year-old made just six appearances for the La Rossa last season.
Footballghana.com can report that Turkish side Gazisehir Gaziantep FK have expressed interest signing acquiring the services of the Ghanaian.
He will join the Super Lig side once both parties reach an agreement on the financial terms.
If a satisfactory bid is accepted, the former Ghana U-20 star will join the growing number of Ghanaians in Turkey.
The Wolfsburg and Sassuolo target joined Bologna from Cagliari in 2015 and has played 67 times already for the Red and Blues, netting four goals.
The highly-rated youngster has featured once for the Black Stars of Ghana.
