The prosecution in the case in which embattled Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Menzgold limited Nana Appiah Mensah also known as NAM1, is standing trial for various offences has indicated that it would amend its earlier charges.
According to ASP Sylvester Asare, the prosecution is amending its earlier charge sheet as they agree to take a date.
NAM1 who was earlier slapped with 13 charges is expected to face 48 additional charges in the latest amended charge sheet.
Details of the new charges are yet to be disclosed, as prosecution together with the defence team settled to re-appear in court on October 23.
