Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom has stepped up his personal training routine as he works hard to stay fit ahead of the return of football.
The former Asante Kotoko defender is currently on the books of Georgian club Samtredia, but football has been halted following the outbreak of the deadly Coronavirus.
This has forced the player to engage in personal training as the world fights the pandemic.
Inkoom has been practicing more cardiovascular exercises as he works on his endurance.
The Ghanaian international joined Samtredia from Bulgarian side FC Dunav Ruse at the beginning of 2020.
