Popular movie stars Mr Ibu, Desmond Elliott, Emeka Ike, Chioma Chukwuka-Akpotha and Aboki for Christ were among a number of celebrities who stormed Ghana for the 2016 ‘Stars In Worship’.
They were among movie personalities who are using their ‘star power’ to win souls for Jesus Christ.
“Stars In Worship”, organised by House of Miracles (HOM), brings celebrities together under one umbrella to worship and praise God.
Last year’s event brought together celebrities from Ghana and Nigeria together under one roof.
Some of the personalities who attended last year’s event included Nadia Buari, Soraya Mensah, Mr Ibu, Kalybos and Adwoa Smart.
This year’s event was no different. All the stars present mounted the podium to sing to the glory of God while others gave testimonies about their lives.
Together with the congregation, they also prayed for Africa’s entertainment industry and peace ahead of this year’s election.
Organiser of the event, Prophet Sampson Amoateng announced that they would be adding more African celebrities for subsequent editions.
