Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Charlotte Osei has paid a courtesy call on the widow of slain Army Officer, Barbara Mahama at Burma Camp, Accra.
The Electoral Commissioner was accompanied by GHOne TV Newscaster, Nana Aba Anamoah and Sandra Ankobiah.
The group’s visit to the wife of the late Major was to determine how Barbara and the children were faring.
Nana Aba Anamoah shared photos of their meeting with the late soldier’s family on her Instagram page.
Major Mahama was lynched and burnt at Denkyira Obuasi in the Upper Denkyira West District of the Central Region after residents in the area mistook him for an armed robber.
