This is not the first time showbiz personalities have revealed that black magic otherwise referred to in the local parlance as “juju” exists in the creative arts industry but it becomes worth following when the personality at the center of accusation is an ordained pastor.

It is quite clear that Ghanaian actor Agya Koo is still bitter after being sidelined by a section of movie producers in the Ashanti Region and would draw with him whoever has a role to play in his situation.

Agya Koo over the weekend on Boss FM made shocking revelations when he stated emphatically that ordained pastor and CEO of Miracle Films, Mr. Samuel Nyamekye was a fake pastor and was part of his downfall in the movie industry. He further alleged the movie producer had taken his pictures for rituals just to “kill” his career.

However, the pastor who would not take the allegation lightly explained he indeed had pictures of many Kumawood stars including Nana Ama McBrown, Agya Koo and many others.

“I organize all night services in Adum ...I pray with a lot of stars where I ask them to claim for their stardom and this has been going on for about 10 years. I have a house on the Atwea Mountains where I go to pray with actors …I have Nana Ama McBrown, Agya Koo and many others so it’s true I have his picture but the reason is to pray for them so they all become successful.”

The producer further stated that, sales for his recent production had dwindled because of Agya Koo’s absence and therefore finds it surprising that he would rather pray to “kill” his career. “God will not even listen to this prayer” – He added.
