Shatta Wale gets key to Worcester City

Ghanaian dance hall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale in music circles, has been given a key to the City of Worcester, Massachusetts.

The mayor of Worcester Joseph Petty presented the key to the ‘Forgetti’ singer for his contribution to the music industry and for honouring the city of Worcester with his presence.

The key gives the Dance hall King the rights and privileges of a freeman of the city.

Shatta Wale left Ghana for the US over the weekend for the ‘After the Storm’ USA tour earlier scheduled for 1st July, 2017.

Shatta Wale will on Saturday, July 15, be performing at Karma 2221 Adam’s Place NE DC.

The Shatta Wale’ After the Storm USA’ tour is organised by the LVC Entertainment in collaboration with Boogie Down Nima and TM Entertainmentz.

This is Shatta Wale’s second American tour since his return to the music scene and the first since he parted ways with Bulldog, his former manager, who toured the United States with him.
