Kumawood actress and producer, Tracey Boakye has revealed that the father of her son impregnated her and vanished into thin air and never showed up even after birth.

The 28-year old single mother said she has no form of support from her baby’s daddy whether giving money or accompanying her for antenatal care.

She said she had to juggle single parenting with her acting job and movie production because there was nobody to babysit her son.

According to her, her baby had to attend school at the age of 10-months whiles crawling adding that she was always teary whenever she drops him at school because all the kids could walk.

The movie producer recalled that she had produced some movies and needed to embark on monitoring at the various distribution centres to check how sales were moving.

She refused to tell why the baby daddy neglected her after she got pregnant and had to go through pains associated with 9-months pregnancy alone.

In an interview with Zionfelix sighted by MyNewsGh.com, Tracey recounted, ‘I’m a single mom I have been through a lot, …I had no support from my baby daddy throughout my pregnancy time and having a child, me alone taking care of him and stuff it’s not easy, I took him to school at an early stage just to have some time to work. I always get sad anytime I talk about this issue, I was always sad anytime I send him to school and returning to work, all the kids were walking but he was crawling. I had produced movies and I had to do monitoring to see how sales were going at distribution centres’.

She emphasized that she doesn’t joke with her business hence the early enrolment of her son in school.

It’s not about money, my mom is in the UK and my dad is in Canada but I don’t depend on people for my life, if I ask they will give to me but I want to do things on my own, I’m a hustler. When I was in labour I had a cheque from Karimody ventures, I don’t joke with my business,’ she stated.
