Getting financial support in Ghana is not an easy thing. Sometimes one has to go through the hassle just to get a deal. It becomes worse with females who with good ambitions seek for sponsorship only to give up because she has to offer herself or the price.
In this has Movie Producer and A-List Actress, Yvonne Nelson cleared the popular notion that celebrities don’t find it easy when it comes to getting sponsorships.
According to her, most sponsors demand sex from them but she never fell prey to them.
Narrating an ordeal she came across a few years ago on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz with Andy Dosty, she revealed that a very popular business Mogul in Ghana even wanted to sleep with her before sponsorship.
“That was when I wanted to produce the first season of my Series “Heels and Sneakers,”
She continued to say, “this man has a financial institution and he promised me heaven and earth. I went to his office several times but in the end, he wanted to put me on bed “
According to the Popular Actress, producing a movie is very hectic in Ghana and the movie industry can be revived, only if more investors get involved.
