Chief Executive Officer of Sunyani based Suncity radio, Mr Ransford Antwi has appealed to the Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah to call his spokesperson Kofi Asare Brako to order.

About a week ago, the spokesperson for the Sports Ministry has been on the tail of former Black Stars coach James Kwasi Appiah on his tussle with the Ghana Football Association(GFA) over his unpaid salaries and bonuses.

According to the renowned sports journalist, the GFA and the Sports Ministry has been so charitable to the former Black Stars captain for not sacking him for failing at the 2019 AFCON in Egypt and hence should not wash their(GFA, Sports Ministry and Kwasi Appiah) dirty clothes in public.

Adding his voice to those who have been calling out Kofi Asare Brako on his attacks on Kwasi Appiah, Ransford Antwi bemoaned the way the parties involved are dealing with the Kwasi Appiah's issue.

”Indeed, if the GFA thought they were not responsible for the payment of the Coach’s salaries, what stopped them from simply acknowledging receipt of his letter and assuring him that it would be forwarded to the appropriate quarters for action.”

”What also prevented the Ministry from clarifying that its attention had been drawn to the matter and that it was taking steps to effect payment or otherwise?

"If the Ministry is not in support of the utterances of Asare Brako, then they should break their silence and call him to order,” he told Suncity Radio.
