General Captain of the Black Stars Asamoah Gyan is eying another milestone as Ghana face Cameroon in the second game of group F.
Asamoah Gyan has scored in six (6) African Cup of Nations tournaments a record currently hold by him alongside Cameroonian legend Samuel Eto’o and Zambian Kalusha Bwalya.
With both players not playing active football anymore, The Kayserispor striker will be looking to get at least a goal against Cameroon to make him the first player to score in seven (7) African Cup of Nations tournaments.
Asamoah Gyan already is Ghana’s second topscorer with (8)in the Competition one behind Andre Dede Ayew with (9).
After missing out in Ghana’s first game against Benin, Asamoah Gyan is likely to make his first appearance in Egypt when Ghana face Cameroon on Saturday evening.
