Late Ebony Reigns with father
Many parents, especially of the Ghanaian community, tend to obstruct their children when their chosen careers aren’t in line with their preferences.
Most of the parents desire to see their child be in a stable, corporate, big company job, noble profession among others and the late Ebony Reigns faced similar fate in the hands of her father.
Father of late dancehall musician, Ebony Reigns has revealed his daughter begged him to allow her do music for just two years. Nana Opoku Kwarteng who claimed he was opposed to it, later granted her permission to fulfill her assignment on earth.
“She was supposed to be a Lawyer because she was a brilliant child. We both agreed on that but one morning she came to my room and told me she wants to do music.
I walked her out but later she came again and convinced me which I agreed and blessed her to go and do her music”, Ebony’s Dad told Kofi Adomah Nwanwani of Kofi TV.
