Former Ghana Premier League goal king Kofi Owusu has reached a mutual agreement to terminate his contract with AshantiGold, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
Owusu joined the Miners ahead of the 2016/2017 season after parting company with Egyptian top-flight side Aswan FC also by mutual consent.
The 2014/2015 golden boot winner managed only two goals for the Obuasi based outfit last season.
Owusu, 26, is currently available on the transfer market for a free agent.
