The two most celebrated clubs in Ghana, Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko should be paying their players a thousand dollars minimum, Ace Sports Journalist and President of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) Kwabena Yeboah has said.
Speaking on Asempa FM Monday October 15 the seasoned sports presenter insisted that the two biggest clubs in Ghana should not be making noise when results don’t go their way because of low remuneration for their players.
He was of the opinion that the players of these two clubs deserve to be paid between Two Thousand and Three Thousand dollars.
He believes if Hearts and Kotoko are able to run their affairs very well they will be able to pay their players with a minimum of a thousand dollars.
“If Hearts and Kotoko handle their things very well there is no way they cannot be able to pay a thousand dollars”, he insisted.
