Super Eagles have six points from two matches
The last round matches of the Group phase of the 2019 AFCON begins today with hosts, Egypt and three-time champions Nigeria in action.
Both countries have already qualified to the next round but they have their glory and perfect record to protect when they meet Madagascar and Uganda in their respective group matches.
Our first game of the day is between the Super Eagles and Madagascar. Madagascar have been a surprised element in the tournament, drawing one and winning one of their first two games.
With their four points, the team is in pole position to make the last 16 but a win today will guarantee them a place in the next round.
The Super Eagles have a 100 percent record in the tournament, winning two and conceding no goal in those matches.

Nigeria have already qualified for the knockout rounds, this being the 13th successive occasion in which they have advanced beyond the group stage.
