Miscreants should veer off tarnishing the image of pillars of our national politics

Scamps and non-achievers who only find luxury in undermining the dynamos, go-getters and affluential in society should shut up, get off the backs of such and rather find some other unproductive tasks to work off and waste away their worthless journey of life with.

The Agricultural Minister, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto is a head of the fundamentals of Ghana's politics. He is the son of Okyeame Baffour Akoto, a linguist of Asantehene and founder of NLM in 1951, a party that served as the root of the United Party (UP). The UP is the party that gave birth to the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Dr. Akoto is also the only person in the political history of Kwadaso Constituency to have been her Member of Parliament (MP) on two conservative occasions.

Moreover, it was under the rein of Dr. Akoto as MP that the constituency reaped all its quick, major and spectacular developments and glory, a pace of development that has currently retarded hugely after his exit as MP. The constituency has in fact totally lost its glory and have had its honor trampled upon by pigs of zero dignity under the current MP because of the MP's negative influence and attributes.

Under the leadership of Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto, he was able to bring into the constituency more than a hundred (100) projects, such projects include construction of school buildings, clinics and many others. Clinics at Apatrapa and Appire are some of his trademarks in the constituency. He was also the first MP to help with a constituency's afforestation project through the plant of teak trees across the Kwadaso Constituency with evidence at Atwima Techiman and Kwadaso Beposo. Even with his current position as a former MP of the constituency, he is building a six (6) unit classroom block at Nyankyerenease and many of such similar infrastructures across the length and breadth of the constituency.

It, as a result, becomes really nauseating when rookies of our political terrain who have zero to point to in life, out of their neophyte and immature exuberance, huge ignorance, and desperation to gain political attention intentionally and arrogantly rub in the brand of Dr. Akoto in their political novice and childish activities.

I have learned that an unscrupulous twerp executing the diabolic agenda of a minor group of scoundrels and undignified people in the Kwadaso constituency has called the renowned son of NPP, Dr. Akoto, a thief through an association of him with a theft of a Tata pickup and some motorcycles. If not for a moron who constantly skips his mental medication, how could any associate such a huge political icon and financier of the caliber of Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto with such pettiness? If not for intent of malice, how could such a political jewel who committed himself to support all the constituency organizers and orphan constituencies in the Ashanti region, and also adopted about six constituencies in the northern part of Ghana during the 2016 general elections be associated with such reckless and unsubstantiated accusations?

Moreover, this allegation would not be allowed to pass by without scrutiny, so a need for the accuser to immediately furnish the house with answers to these questions;

A. Who brought the items (Tata pick up and Motorcycles) to the constituency?

B. When were they brought?

C. Where were they brought from?

D. How many were their respective numbers?

E. What purpose were they brought for?

F. Who were they handed to?

G. Aside Kwadaso Constituency, which other constituencies received same?

To conclude, Dr. Owusu Afriyie Akoto would remain resolute and not be waved by such frivolous from harebrained quarters. In fact the political rock is focused and only committed to doing very thing possible to help grow and brighten the remarkable achievements and legacy of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo through a further add on to the exceptional achievements chalked under his belt for the Government such as Planting for Food and Jobs (PFJ); a backbone of President Nana Addo's accomplishments, Rearing for Food and Jobs and many others.
