Maiden Presidential debate organised by the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) and the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) held at the Banquet Hall of the State House saw five presidential aspirants table their policies and programs should they be voted to lead.
Except for the NPP flagbearer Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the NDP flagbearer Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, all five presidential candidates addressed the nation on key issues bordering on governance, security, and corruption.
Candidates who participated in Wednesday's Presidential Debate were; John Dramani Mahama of the NDC, Ivor Greenstreet of the CPP, Dr. Edward Mahama of the PNC, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom of the PPP and Independent presidential candidate, Jacob Osei Yeboah.
