Parts of the country’s capital will experience a cloudburst Wednesday January 30, the Ghana Meteorological Agency has cautioned.
The rainstorm is predicted to happen between the hours of 7:30 and 11:00 am in Accra, with thunderstorms and strong winds.
Per the announcement, south-eastern portions of the country will be affected and it will propagate westward. Most areas along the east coast of Ghana will also experience the rainstorm.
The Eastern, Central and Western Regions are also projected to experience the storm between the hours of 9:00 and 1 pm, 9:00 and 1pm and 12 pm and 4 pm respectively.
The Meteo Agency has, therefore, entreated the public to take precaution to ensure they stay safe.
