Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Songne Yacouba has signed a one-year contract extension with the club and is expected to lead the attack once again for the club.
His current deal expires in April this year, however, the signing of a year deal for the porcupines comes as a big relief on the team.
The Porcupine Warriors was on the verge of losing Yacouba after the club has failed to meet the Burkinabe`s $150,000 demand to extend his stay with the club.
But reliable information gathered shows that the forward has penned down a year deal with the Kumasi based club after agreeing to lower his demands.
