Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has said that Ghana has retained a good name ever since the Akufo-Addo administration took over government three years ago.
He was speaking on the back of the 2020 State of the Nation Address delivered by President Akufo-Addo before Parliament of Ghana last week.
Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, commencing a debate on the Address reiterated that Ghana is rising on the global space and at a rather fast pace.
According to him, the enlightenment is not based on mere happenstance but because of initiatives introduced by the NPP including a defined and compelling vision for Ghana and a successfully sold vision which has in turn been backed by a vision with good policy to claim a place locally and internationally.
“The Akufo-Addo administration has articulated a strong vision through the Ghana Beyond Aid and sold it well and (it’s) beginning to bear fruits.” Oppong Nkrumah touted.
