Fil, I will educate you ìf you are not illiterate already. If the EC reduces the number of voters in Ashanti region, you don't need a rocket scientist to tell you it will affect NPPigs fortunes. Secondly, you can see the EC adding new registrants in Ashanti region and deleting them in NDC strongholds.
