  I hold no brief for Mahama but the NPP is not above the superstitious foolishness. Not all of us have forgotten the magical horn that Owusu Bempah gave to Akuffo-Addo nor the special Presidential Chair that had it's own assigned vehicle to transport it to every function involving the ex-President. There was Ken Ofori-Atta who was a bible-quoting scammer who together with his cousing defrauded the country of millions and left a legacy of a muddy swimming pool as a National Cathedral!

  As we mourn the loss of "The Precious 8," let us remember that some tragedies surpass human understanding. As Scripture reminds us, "The secret things belong to the LORD our God but what He wants us to know is what He has revealed to us..." (Deuteronomy 29:29). Yet just as gold is refined by fire, this trial will only strengthen the NDC and mother Ghana. We will emerge more resilient, more united, and better positioned to advance Ghana's reset. Stay strong, the best is yet to come, and may the souls of "The Precious 8" rest in peace.
