The Supreme Court At A Stage Of Destiny And Glory

HOW ON EARTH SHOULD THE SUPREME COURT OF GHANA CONTINUE TO DRAG ON WITH THE BASELESS AND IRRATIONBAL PETITION OF THE NPP CHALLENGING THE DECEMBER 7, 2012 GENERAL ELECTION IN GHANA.

THE JUDGES AT SUPREME COURT OF GHANA SHOULD HAVE LEARNT FROM THE PROMPT DECISION TAKEN BY THE NINE JUDGES AT THE US SUPREME COURT TO DISMISS AL GORE'S PETITION WITHOUT ANY DELIBERATION ON IT CHALLENGING THE US GENERAL ELECTION HELD IN 2000.

THEY THEYFORE PAVED THE WAY FOR A SMOOTH INAUGURATION OF GEORGE BUSH TO TAKE PLACE IN 2001 in WASHINGTON.

CAN YOU IMAGINE GHANA, A SMALL COUNTRY OF ONLY TWENTY TWO MIIILION POPULATION WITH THE SAME NUMBER OF NINE JUDGES SITTING ON SUCH A PETITION FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS.

WHY HAS THE SUOREME COURT OF GHANA FAILED TO GIVE A JUDGEMENT DATE FOR THE PETITION.

HOW CAN THESE IRRESPONSBLE MEN, AKUFFO-ADDO, BAWUMAIA AND OBESTSEBI LAMPTEY BE ALLOWED TO HOLD THE FATE OF THE COUNTRY.

ARE THE JUDGES NOT AWARE THAT, BY DRAGGING ON ON THIS CASE; GHANA LOSES ITS REPUTATION IN THE EYES OF THE WORLD AND KEEPS AWAY INVESTORS WITH THE INTEREST TO INVEST IN THE COUNTRY.

WHY-ARE WE LIVING TO THE IDEALS OF THE 21st CENTURY.
