Did you not hear what Dr.Bawumia said?

He explained that the NPP agents signed a blank cheque!

The agents signed without verifying the serial numbers.

They signed without checking the different pink sheets for the same polling stations!

And after all, most of these irregularities occurred in the Western Region,Volta Region and Upper and Northern Regions.

The end justifies the means!
