They cant start it. If they do, their own conscience will ask them piercing questions -- that why dont you want to retrieve the monies in Ghana with respect to Waterville, CP, Woyome IsOFOTONE, African Automobile etc first before venturing on the OMAN LTD international Golden fleece. NDC are KONOGO KAYA. they cant do it

Kofi, your suggestion is worth a try- thanks. But we are currently so consumed with the "pink sheets" saga and fully pre-occupied by the "akonfem project" as well as the safe "trip" of those selected pastors who are praying for us in Isreal. This idea, just like the deplorable conditions of our roads, crazy electricity supply systems, poor health delivery systems, woefully inadequate water supply, among others, must wait. Am yet to accept that " the blackman is capable of managing his own affairs", professed by our late Dr. Nkrumah.

Kofi, you remind me of Arkah Blay Miezar.Since you did not establish the basis of the existence of that fund, shall we take it that your optimism is born out by Blay's assertions. How can we rely on the credibility of a person that was reputed to have committed fraud here in Ghana and abroad.
The first point is to establish the existence of that off shore account and then to find out what sort of secret account it is being held.it is only when these basics have been established that we can we talk of Ghana's money in offshore accounts in tax havens. The source of the story is dubious and therefore we have to take extra care in tackling it otherwise we would end giving our people false hope.
