DO MAHAMA & CO CARE?

have we not posed the questions and points you have made? what is happening is the negative impact of appointing out of college boys with no depth of practical hands on experience of the roles they have been appointed to. They will spend four years and tax payers' monies to learn on the job and this is not the most efficient way to run a business or on a larger scale a country.

In recruiting these people what happened to ticking off boxes in the job description, that is assuming there was one and the appointments were based on them.

What we are witnessing is what is described as the POLITICS OF POVERTY. Some People are in politics because they are failures as individuals and consider politics as a quick way of enriching themselves through corruption and bribes; the welfare of the people was never the motive.

I think the criteria for standing for office should include, among other things those who have proved to be successful in their areas of endeavour or expertise, people who own their own houses, etc. people whose cvs show they have done that type of work before (especially for ministerial positions, board members, departmental leaders)
