Kwarteng, at this rate your high fever can turn into something more serious! Please heal yourself before the bitter injection is applied on you!And by the way whether either party in the case claims victory before judgement is not the issue. What is at issue is 1. Dont attack integrity of the Court or individual judges. 2. don't incite your followers into violence. Don't you get it?

All he has to say (mugabe) is that he's going to kick the whites off farm and all the un-educated there voted for him..Be we know there too the election was stolen..With polls before the election giving the other party 50% chance and Mugabe has landslide win???? Later we hear that urban(educated voters) where left off the poll records..And Other pro-mugabe voters where bused to other areas to vote...Both will pay dearly and it may take to judgement day..But hopefully Mahatma will go to prison next year and Mugabe will DIE SOON, Along with ASSAD!

The illogic or to put it the absurdity in the call by the Peace Council, Christian Council and the Catholic Bishops that all should accept the verdict of the Supreme Court on the 7th to 8th December,2012 Presidential Elections is a reflection of the immaturity of those political organizations in society. One will not question their illogic, since they are institution specifically left by the colonialist to be in their service and serve their interest.
We stated that by the rules of civil behaviour the Justices of the Supreme Court do not have any locus standi to entertain a case of electoral suit against a president that has been sworn into office, when the petitioners have not proved that the president bribed people to vote for him. The case against Mr. John Dramani Mahama is like a judge ordering a police man to go and arrest the president. That will be said to be a judicial coup. So are we seeing before our very eyes a judicial coup of which I am well aware that the whole world is mocking at us, and especially the whole Ghanaian judicial setup. So before the judiciary would accept to adjudicate on the matter they should have investigated if the President was involved in any malpractices during the elections. As for the votes it was counted at the 26,002 polling stations and all people of sound mind got the results as announced by Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Djan. Thus there is nothing to suggest that Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Djan invented figures different from what were faxed to him by returning officers and those complied by the political parties, observers and both the print and electronic media. The electoral commissioner does not handle voting sheets or ballot papers from each polling station, but the vote compiling sheets from returning officers, especially when there are over 26,002 polling stations involved and over 10 million voters. Mr. Amaning Kwarting, so when will Ghanaians stop all these absurdity that is turning us into a laughing stork of other nations apart from those that gain from all our immaturity.
The justices of the Supreme Court are well aware that President John Dramani Mahama is a respondent in the case and has the right to both defend himself in court and in public, and that is exactly what he is doing.
Are people saying that British America was wrong when it refused to accept the unwillingness of London to grant her independence. So it not logic for Kwame Nkrumah and Nelson Mandela to both say that the colonial and apartheid laws are illegalities, and may we add to it the centuries of the struggles and ruling by the courts in the U.S. against and for racial segregation until they were expunged from the her statute laws.
It still remain an undeniable fact that the Supreme Court has by itself ruled that litigants before it has the right to call for a review, and as I am writing now Mr. Martin Amidu is at the Supreme Court calling for a review of a case that he sent to it and had some reviews. So where is all this absurdity coming from? Are these Christian and Islamic leader, who never seek the interest of the African aware or joined with someone somewhere to pull an illegality on the people of this country? If that is not the case, then let all these absurdity stop.

Kwateng Amaning, thanks for posing the question. I am not sure what you were trying to say from your article. My only worry is that you seem not to read the Constitution of Ghana before writing your long and extended article which seems to have no meaningful points. I may reject my suggestion, which I would not be surprised you would do. As your homework please find out and list out the duties, responsibilities, rights, authority, privileges and the dos and don'ts of the President of Ghana under our Constitution of our Republic. Sorry, but you cannot re-write the Constitution of Ghana. Perhaps you better find the proper means to be part of any future Constitutional Amendments where you could have the opportunity to voice out your views. Respect for authority is cardinal in all group settings being it in the Kingdom of God or in our everyday lives. Kwateng, you seem to be bleeding with envy and jealousy. Please don't write because you can put words together but let your writing demonstrate some intelligence, assertive logical statements to stimulate a debate.
