The throes of Ghanaian PhD students in New YorkAs i empathized with our Ghanaian students abroad, i think the scholarship scheme should be look at again since the performance of some of the returnees has not help the country in terms of progress. Billions of tax payers money are being spent year in year out just to better the lives of the rich peoples Children to the detriment of the poor populace.
