DR. NKRUMAH WAS THE GREATEST

Though disjointed, repetition and incoherent sometimes, I think the historical account of the article was great and kudos to the writer. I would have hoped he had thrown more light on what happened to the guy (Amatewee) who killed Nkrumah's body guard, the aftermouth of the Big Six (did the other five stand by him or not) and why as a Catholic, he chose to preach in Presby churches in NY.

I met one of his UPENN classmates ( he was very old then) in 1998 in York Pennsylvania. He recounted Nkrumah's oratory and debating skills, compelling many African-Americans yearing to listen to him on weekends when they had to discuss Africa and wide range of liberiation issues, vis-a-vis the "Negro" struggles in the Americas. It's too bad some of us were not born to meet him but we take inspiration in the great legacy of books he left behind. There is no doubt that no amount of distortions can debase this great son of the Black Race.
