A Ghanaian High Court Judge Does William Atuguba

DEAR ADOFO ROCKSON AND ALL THOSE WHO THINK LIKE HIM,

IT IS A TRITE KNOWLEDGE THAT THE JUDICIARY AS AN INDEPENDENT ORGAN OF GOVERNMENT THAT INTERPRETS AND ADJUDICATE THE LAW PLAYS A VERY IMPORTANT, VITAL AND FUNDAMENTAL ROLES IN SOCIETY.
THAT LAW IS A TOOL OF AND FOR DEVELOPMENT SINCE LAW PROMOTES THE SOLIDARITY AND COHESION OF PEOPLE IN SOCIETY FOR HARMONIOUS LIVING AND PEACE.
THIS IS BECAUSE NO SOCIETY CAN ACHIEVE DEVELOPMENT IF THERE IS NO PEACE AND IT IS ONLY THE LAW THAT PERFORMED THAT ONEROUS AND UNIQUE FUNCTIONS, THERETO.
HOWEVER, LAW HAS NO ONE OBJECTIVE DEFINITION BUT VERY SUBJECTIVE IN NATURE, FORM AND SUBSTANCE.
HENCE, THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE ABOVE RELATED ISSUES THEREFORE THE COURTS HAVE A SYSTEM OF HIERARCHY AND APPEAL SYSTEMS, THERETO.
THAT IF LAW WAS REDUCED INTO AN OBJECTIVE TEST THEN THERE WILL NEVER BE TWO (2) SIDES TO AN ISSUE OR ISSUES WITH AN INDEPENDENT REFEREE KNOWN AS "JUDGE" OR "JUDGES" SITTING ON THE CASE OR CASES TO ADJUDICATE SAME.
IT IS THEREFORE VERY PLAUSIBLE OR PROBABLY TO "AGREE OR DISAGREE" WITH THE RULING/DECISION/JUDGEMENT OF A COURT BUT THAT SHOULD NOT GIVE THE CHANCE TO ANY "DISSATISFIED OR AGGRIEVED PARTIES OR LITIGANTS" TO RESORT TO "RAIN INSULTS" ON OUR DEAR JUDGES, THERETO.
THAT IF ADOFO ROCKSON IS/WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE COURT RULING OR DECISION THAT SHOULD NEVER BE THE BASIS TO SINGLE OUT HIS LORDSHIP SUPREME COURT JUSTICE WILLIAM ATUGUBA AND THE JUDGE IN KUMASI TO PURPORT TO MALIGN OUR DEAR JUDGES/JUSTICES, THERETO.
THAT THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM HAS PROVIDED MECHANISMS TO ADDRESS OR RESOLVE THOSE RELATED DIFFERENCES, THERETO.
IT IS THEREFORE MY RESPECTFUL SUBMISSION AND CANDID PERSONAL RELATED INITIATIVE ADVISE TO ADOFO ROCKSON AND OTHERS WHO THINK LIKE HIM TO STOP MALIGNING OUR DEAR JUDGES/JUDTICES INCLUDING DISTRICT COURT MAGISTRATES AND TO CULTIVATE THE NOBLE VIRTUE CULTURE OF RESPECT FOR OUR DEAR JUDGES, THERETO.
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.
GOD BLESS GHANA AND LONG LIVE GHANA.
VERY TRULY YOURS,
BENONY TONY AMEKUDZI
